In October 2025, we acquired the leasehold interest of The Shawl in Harlesden as part of a wider group transaction alongside The Dome Bar in Watford. The venue trades as a traditional community public house with a strong focus on wet sales, live entertainment, and sports-led trade. The Shawl has built a solid reputation within the local area as a lively and accessible venue offering regular entertainment throughout the week, including live DJs, quiz nights, televised sporting fixtures, and live music events. The premises benefits from late-night licensing, supporting a strong evening economy and consistent customer engagement. As the venue does not operate a commercial kitchen, the business model is entirely focused on wet sales and entertainment-driven revenue.
