In April 2019, we acquired a 25-year free-of-tie lease for the public house business, Hennessy's, located in West Ealing, London. The premises comprise a ground-floor public house along with a two-bedroom manager's flat. Following completion of the lease, we undertook a comprehensive refurbishment of the site, including full redecoration, new carpets and furniture, and the installation of upgraded audio-visual systems featuring multiple LED screens. The venue was subsequently reopened in May 2019 under its new identity, The Leather Saddle. The business now operates as a traditional Irish pub, offering live entertainment every Friday and Saturday, while maintaining a strong reputation as a destination for major sporting events, including Hurling and Gaelic games.
