About this house

Originally acquired from JD Wetherspoon in 2004/05 as The Man In The Moon, this High Street pub was initially refurbished and relaunched as The Misty Moon before undergoing a major redevelopment in 2016 and reopening as The Butchers Arms. Today, the venue combines a traditional pub atmosphere with live sport, quiz nights, pool and darts teams, live entertainment, and a popular food partnership with Papa Ji, serving award-winning chicken daily. The Butchers Arms has become a well-established part of the Barnet community and remains one of the area's busiest independent pubs.
