John Hayes

John has worked in the facilities management/health and safety compliance sector for almost 20 years, leading service provider side contracts at the BBC and The London Royal Opera House. John decided on a slight change in career to expand his expertise in the hospitality sector, and joined the group in 2023 as Portfolio Director, leading the groups health and safety compliance and stream lining of the businesses operations. His role includes developing and executing portfolio strategies to improve revenue, profitability, and long-term asset value. Lead and support Area Managers, General Managers, and operational teams across the pub estate. Monitor and analyse trading performance, identifying opportunities for growth and cost optimisation. Drive standards in customer service, food and beverage quality, compliance, and operational execution across the group portfolio.
