Chloe O'Sullivan

Representing the newest chapter of the Conexus Pub Group, Chloe joined the head office in 2020 where she spent a year responsible for reconciling pub weekly sheets, liaising with various suppliers, dealing with maintenance requests from house managers and and accompanying on site visits to review individual house managers performances. In 2021 she acquired her first public house and has demonstrated rapid operational success. • Performance: In just three years, Chloe has built her own portfolio. • Portfolio: ○ The Three Wishes (Wealdstone) ○ The Office (Northolt) ○ Occasional Half (Palmers Green) Expansion: Actively seeking a 4th site for 2026 to continue the family's trajectory of self-funded growth.
