terry@conexuspubgroup.comThe story of Conexus begins with Terry's first site in 1990 in Shepherds Bush, which was followed by 2 further sites in the early 90s, one in Edgeware and the other in New Market. Terry scaled his business with the development of the Wishing Well group in 1994. Starting with 1 leasehold, and quickly followed by 4 freeholds, the brand's success led to a major acquisition by Ushers of Trowbridge in 1998. • Growth: Following this Terry built a second portfolio of pubs which amounted to 22 venues and this was sold to the Bar Group in 2002. • Innovation: Included in the 22 sites, Terry developed the "Bok Bar" concept in Central London (Covent Garden and Baker Street). • Current Focus: Following the sale of the 22 sites, Terry currently operates 10 pubs focused on traditional ales, high-quality service, and live weekend entertainment.
